Hello! I’m Joe Lee, an actor and writer based in New York City!
Joe Lee came to New York in 2011 to attend the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts where he honed his on camera skills, developed the tools to create his own work and helped find his emotional core. After graduating, he began taking Improv and Sketch classes at UCB to further master his comedic sensibilities. Now he takes weekly classes at the Shari Shaw Studios with Jackie Debatin to stay sharp in between auditions and shoots.
It’s weird because you’re really funny on stage, but you’re not funny in real life.

Joe Lee has appeared in numerous short and student films. He recently completed his first pilot script and directed a one minute film for Quickie Fest 20108. As an actor, Joe has been a main character on the award winning webseries Skeleton Crew since Season 3, and performed improv all over the city with his team Miracle Horse. Most impressively, he featured in the short film Ugly, which was distributed by HBO for a time.
